A reflection on isolation during the early stage of COVID-19 in America.

 

"Solitude. A scary word that can be turned into such a beautiful thing. I don’t remember the last time I filmed something just because I felt like it, just because I wanted to keep the essence of the moment and not put it into a grand project. Things are uncertain and uncomfortable right now but find something that makes you wish you always had these moments to yourself. I’m more emotional than I’d like to let myself believe and I probably could figure out how to make anything I come in contact with in my life have sentiment (even if it includes a cold window) — that being said, I’m embracing these emotions for now."
